As the oldest of six children, I came to California when was 18 years old together with my sister. We attended Marywood High School to learn English and preparing ourselves to attend college. 15 months later I was accepted at the college of Notre Dame with an academic scholarship.

I started my career as a food microbiologist for Hunt Wesson Foods. I then worked for 3 other large companies. My last large company was Taco Bell Corporation for 18 years. At Taco Bell I discovered my passion as a coach and trainer for franchisees and restaurant management. In the last 5 years with them, I was a Food Safety Officer covering for the whole United States. When I retired from the corporate world, I started my consulting company focusing on Food Safety and Quality, coached and mentored my clients achieving their plans and goals.

In 2013, through one of my friends, I was introduced to Nerium’s anti-aging cream that changed how I looked at myself. I became more confident in how I looked and paid more attention to my health and started to mentor others to stay healthy and feel good about themselves.

In September 2017, my husband and I, moved to Menifee. In January 2018, I joined NAFE Network in Menifee and met NAFE Regional Coordinator, Robbie Motter.  Through Robbie’s mentorship, I am pursuing my passion to mentor and coach others. Because I am organized, focus and always showed up (as one of Robbie’s messages to all women), I was appointed Co-Director in October 2018.  In just 6 months of being active in the community, helping and inspiring others, I was awarded an Appreciation Award at the First Annual of Lady in Blue Sapphire Awards and Fashion Show. In June of 2019, I was appointed Director of South Orange NAFE held monthly in Mission Viejo and also received the All Women Rock 2019, at Orange County All Women Rock 2019 conference and was one of the final nominees of “Woman Breaking Barriers Award” at the Women of Influence Orange County conference.
